Singer Nneka Tells CNN Fela & Others Are Not Happy With The President

nneka-NL
Nigerian International Singer, Nneka during an interview on CNN spoke about her country Nigeria and dealing with Boko Haram and also says some musicians like herself and Seun Kuti are not happy with the Head of State and she is sure, Fela wouldn’t have been happy too, if he was still alive. Hear her;

“He [Goodluck Jonathan] says he wants to tackle Boko Haram, obviously every Nigerian is asking why now, he could had done it a long time ago…

I’m not good at the whole blaming game, I don’t want to blame anybody but I pray that he comes up with a good idea for us if he is an honest and genuine guy.

But I know that Fela [Kuti] would definitely not be cool with him if he was here, Seun [Kuti] is not cool with him, I and many other socially conscious musicians who are very outspoken are not cool with him”, she said.

Sammy Okposo Shows Is Support For President Jonathan

Nigerian Gospel Singer,Sammy Okposo has accused  General Muhammadu Buhari of forging his school  certificate.According to Okposo,it was only since 1974 that you could sit for Hausa language at a  WASC school certificate examination.Buhari sat for his exam in 1961...So if Buhari did really say he sat for Hausa in 61,then he does have a question to answer in my opinion.It is so simple to put an end to all this.All Buhari needs to do is to ask WAEC to verify his result.

Anyway back to Sammy Okposo,The award winning gospel musician took to social media to show his support for president Jonathan ..
He also said Buhari should be flogged for forging his certificates

    From perjury to forgery: Buhari or whoever forged that certificate needs to be flogged. Prior to the formation of a central govt by Gowon, all regions had separate curriculum's. Only the western region offered a local language in both their curriculum and WASC! It was after a central govt was formed and a universal educational curriculum was developed and adopted which included other local languages in 1974! So which WASC did Buhari write in 1961 that included Hausa? Scroll to page 9 of this academic write up and see a brief summary of the total subjects entered from 1961 to 1974 and the percentile of students per subject.
